- To serve as a clearing house and centralized connection point for all services and aid available to assist and relieve the distress of the poor, underprivileged, mentally ill, and substance-addicted residents of the community.
- To advance the availability and access to services for the affected residents of the community.
- To increase access to emergency and sustainable housing for residents and people experiencing homelessness in the community.
- To create and increase access to programs, services, and housing for the most vulnerable residents of Zephyrhills and the surrounding area.
